  • S4 - E4 - The Thirst Time - Adam Robertson - Verdant Brewing
    Nov 8 2023

This week's episode, we catch up with Adam Robertson of Verdant Brewing.

This is the second time having Adam on the podcast, so if you haven't listened to the first one,

go back and get the first half of the Verdant story.

We continue where we left off, reflecting on the last few years and how after a meteoric rise,

you sustain, keeping the same level of engagement and excitement.

Adam always approaches these subjects with honesty and humility, which I think makes

    for a great conversation.

  • S3 - E20 - The Thirst Time - Sophie De Ronde - Burnt Mill
    Apr 11 2023

This week we sit down with Sophie de Ronde, Head Brewer of Burnt Mill.

Sophies story is an interesting one, after starting working behind a bar, falling in love with cask

and then becoming a brewer, she found she had an allergy to Gluten. This meant a revised thinking of her career path,

but after meeting Charles, owner & founder of Burnt Mill, she decided to carry on brewing, even if she couldn't

enjoy the fruits of her labour.

She is also the founder of the International Women's Open Brew Days, a project that is now global.

An incredible achievement and one that we should all be thanking Sophie for.

    Enjoy!
