Hi there, fellow moms (or dads, grandmas, aunts, caregivers) – whoever may be tuning into the show. My name is Erin Larsen, and I am a licensed and certified speech-language pathologist. Think of me as The SLP Mom.

My JAM is little kids, and one of my favorite parts of my job has always been connecting with parents. Parenting is HARD, and one of the hardest parts is the constant worry, the constant googling. That’s where I come in.

On this podcast, "Speech and Language On the Go," you can expect two episodes each week. One episode will be just for parents, filled with research-based speech and language advice tailored for kids ages 0-5. I’ll answer all those speech and language questions you’ve been Googling, discuss common concerns, and provide practical tips you can use in your daily life.

The second episode each week will be for your kids. These kid-specific episodes are designed to entertain and engage your children while encouraging their language development. You can simply play these episodes for your kids, sit back, and drive in peace.
