Welcome to the Women Who Play With Fire Podcast! This podcast is intended to be a space for women to feel safe and accepted in their fullest expression.

The element of fire represents our life force energy. It is our ability to love fiercely and create freely (creating human life and all other creative things), to be inspired, take action, connect to our desires, be a pioneer, advocate for ourselves and others, embrace adventure, enjoy our sexuality, feel and honor our sacred anger and rage, have fun and allow playfulness into our daily lives.

The energy of fire burns within every woman but for so many of us it has been snuffed out, shamed into submission, and tamed into following the 'good girl' rules. Many of us have been on a journey of reconnecting to this inner fire and it's time that we come together to stoke each others flames and feel permission to bring our fullest, brightest selves to this world.

This podcast is an invitation for women to come and share their journey of uncovering, healing, and owning their fire so we can celebrate and inspire each other. Each week I will either be sharing from my life and journey or I will invite a guest to share theirs. Together we will create a safe space for all women to be their most audacious, authentic selves.
