  • This month's episode we had the pleasure of speaking to Josef Kunz, he's s a live performance techno artist known for his raw, driving sound and melodic grooves. Josef combines the use of analog synthesizers and drum machines to create a unique blend of moody harmonics and ominous industrial sounds that move a dance floor.

    He is the founder of Raw Industries, a Berlin-based event series and record label focused on live performance and modular techno.

    Josef is also the creator of Modular Music Magazine, which is a print-only mag that highlights synth-related artwork and features artists pushing the boundaries of live performance electronic.

    Josef has played in famous Berlin clubs such as Kitkat and RE:MISE as well as ADE festival in Amsterdam.
