    Dr. Candice McQueen has served in various roles at Lipscomb University since 2001 and became the 18th president in 2021. Notably, she is the first female chief executive officer of a university associated with the Churches of Christ. Before her current role, she served as the CEO of the National Institute for Excellence in Teaching and as the Commissioner of the Tennessee Department of Education.

    Dr. McQueen holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Lipscomb University, a Master of Education in school administration from Peabody College at Vanderbilt University, and a Ph.D. in curriculum studies from the University of Texas. Before joining Lipscomb, she taught at private and public elementary and middle schools in Texas and Nashville, including Lipscomb Academy.

    Dr. McQueen is a native of Clarksville, Tennessee, and is a member of the Hillsboro Church of Christ in Nashville. She and her husband, Andy, also a Lipscomb graduate, have two children: Abigail, a senior at Lipscomb University, and Henry, a senior at Lipscomb Academy.

    Dan and Jan Egenolf have seven children, all of whom graduated from Covenant Christian High School:

    - Kyle (Kelsey) 2006: 4 children, B.S. Industrial Engineering from Purdue, working at Endress Hauser
    - Hannah (Matt Singletary) 2007: 5 children, B.S. Nursing from Purdue, mother and home educator
    - Luke (Nikki) 2008: 2 children, B.S. Business Management from Purdue, working at Workday
    - Abigail (Robert Carmer) 2010: 1+ children, B.A. Music from the University of Indianapolis, M.A. in Child Education and Educational Administration
    - Grace (Levi Boxell) 2012: 3 children, Aveda Cosmetologist, mother and home educator
    - Paul (Mariela) 2015: 2+ children, B.S. Accounting from Taylor University, working at Workday
    - Faith 2019: B.A. Marketing from Indiana Wesleyan, working at Rohrman Automotive

    Dan is the President of Iwis Drive Systems, LLC since October 2004. Before that, he was a Manufacturing Engineer at Allison Transmission from June 1984 to July 1989. Dan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business (1988-1993) and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University (1980-1984).

    Jan Egenolf earned a B.S. in Medical Technology from Purdue University in 1985. She worked at Methodist Hospital for 1.3 years and then became a full-time mother and teacher of their children at home until they reached high school age.

    Dan and Jan have been married since October 1985.

    Len Munsil is the 6th President of Arizona Christian University. During his 14 years as President, ACU has undergone significant changes including a name change, a strengthened conservative Christian focus, expansion of its campus, a more than threefold increase in enrollment, and a consistent ranking as a Best College by U.S. News & World Report for 7 consecutive years. With a current student body of over 1,400, ACU remains dedicated to providing a small college experience while preparing leaders to impact culture with biblical truth.

    Before his role at ACU, Munsil served as the founding president of the Center for Arizona Policy, where he spent over 10 years building it into the largest and most influential state-based pro-family and pro-life organization in the nation. He is considered an expert in constitutional law and the First Amendment. In 2020, he was recognized as an Outstanding Leader in Education by the Arizona Business Journal.

    President Munsil holds a J.D. from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, and a B.S. degree from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Telecommunication at ASU, where he was honored as the Outstanding Journalism Graduate. He is licensed to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, multiple federal appeals courts, as well as Arizona state and federal courts. Furthermore, he founded both the Arizona State University College of Law and the Phoenix Lawyers Division chapters of The Federalist Society.

    John and Kim Hensel are Christian parents who strive to glorify God in their parenting, careers, and lives.

    John graduated from Covenant in 2004 and holds a Bachelor's in Biblical Studies from Cincinnati Christian University, as well as an MBA from the University of Southern Indiana. He currently works as a Program Manager at Cummins.

    Kim graduated from Illiana Christian High School, earned a Bachelor's in Mathematics from Trinity Christian College, and a Master's in Education from Purdue. She taught at Illiana for 12 years and now teaches at Herron High School.

    John and Kim got married in 2017 and have a daughter named Ellie. Ellie attends a Christian preschool and is eagerly awaiting Kindergarten.

    They enjoy preparing meals for those in need, watching IndyCar races, and hosting friends and family.

    Todd Leyden is the Executive Director of Fort Wilderness in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. He has been married to Robyn for 40 years, and they are the parents of three sons – Payton (deceased), Blake, and Chase. Todd and Robyn are members of Zionsville Fellowship Church (Indianapolis) and St. Germain Evangelical Free Church (Wisconsin).

    Todd is the author of Eyes of the Father: Seeing Meaning in the Mirror, which chronicles the response to his and Robyn's prayer that God is glorified considering the passing of their son, Payton.

    Previous to joining Fort Wilderness Ministries in 2016, Todd was the Vice President of NCAA Eligibility (2007 – 2016), President of Payton LLC (2002 – 2007), a professional services firm that provided consulting, outsourced CFO / Controller, and event management services, and Principal at Arthur Andersen LLP (1985-2002).

    Todd has served on several boards, including E-gineering (2022-Current), Board President for a $15M ESOP of software consulting services, Oneida County Economic Development Corporation (2020-Current), and

    Covenant Christian High School (2007-2016) - Board Chair (2010 – 2016), Treasurer, Lillian Davis Foundation (2007-2013). Board member, Treasurer, and the Indiana Humanities Council (2007- 2013). Executive committee of the Board, Treasurer, to name a few.

    Todd holds a BS in Accounting from the Indiana Kelley School of Business.

    Jeff and Adrienne Reichanadter are the parents of five children, two of whom have graduated from Covenant Christian High School and are off to college, and three ranging from middle school through grade school.

    As a family, the Reichanadters are committed to adventures in God’s leading, including a stint in urban living, a season in India working at a school and children’s home, suburban farming, homeschooling, and backpacking across US and foreign lands.

    Jeff is currently the Formation and Leadership Development Pastor at The Creek on the southeast side of Indianapolis. The Creek is a thriving church ministry committed to Connecting People to Jesus.

    Jeff holds an MA from Grace Theological Seminary and an MDiv from Fuller Theological Seminary. Adrienne attended Taylor University and also spent a semester abroad in Israel. She later graduated with a BS in Communications from Goshen College. Adrienne is passionate about mentoring younger mothers.
