I started an Instagram page to share my love, knowledge, and passion for natural living where I frequently share the importance of reconnecting to our bodies, showing up, and advocating for ourselves! Side hobby turned side hustle - I feel so grateful for the ability to connect to like-minded people and inspire others to live healthier and choose a more natural, holistic-based route in a society that has lost touch with true health.
