Entitled Shoplifter vs The Law: Throws Tantrum, Fights Back & Resists Arrest!

On August 4th, 2023, officers in New Mexico received a report of a shoplifter at Dollar General. Store staff told officers they had noticed a woman wearing a black tank or crop top shoplifting inside the store. The woman became belligerent with staff when asked to leave before leaving the store with the items on foot. Officers located the woman nearby based on the description and recognized her previous incidents. The suspect became upset and angry with the officers for stopping her. Despite attempts by officers to discuss what had happened, the suspect became increasingly uncooperative. As an officer began reading her Miranda Rights, the suspect began yelling and screaming, stating she could go back and pay for the items and that the clerk had asked her to leave before she could pay. During the interaction, the suspect, who was visibly upset, refused to comply with officers' instructions and attempted to evade them. In the process, she revealed additional stolen items hidden on her person. The officers placed the suspect under arrest despite her physical resistance, which included kicking one of the officers. The suspect was charged with Battery Upon A Peace Officer, Resisting, Evading, or Obstructing an Officer, and Shoplifting $250 or Less. The store decided not to press additional charges but issued a Criminal Trespass Warning to the suspect, effectively barring her from returning to the premises. #police #policebodycam #cops

Drunk Lady Runs Red Light While Sleeping, Narrowly Avoids Deadly T-Bone Crash!

On June 10th, 2023, an officer on duty observed a vehicle roll through an intersection against a red light, with the female driver visibly slumped over. The vehicle passed by the officer and began drifting into the opposing lanes of travel. The officer activated her overhead lights and sirens, prompting the driver to sit up and stop the vehicle. Approaching cautiously, an officer noticed signs of potential impairment, prompting an inquiry and standardized field sobriety tests (SFSTs). When questioned on how much she had to drink tonight, the suspect told the officer, “Enough.” After performing poorly on the SFSTs and all the other evidence, the officer placed the suspect under arrest for Operating a Vehicle under the Influence (OVI). Later, the suspect stated that the only reason why she was so drunk was because the drinks were free before asking to be let walk home. The suspect was transported to the local police department, where the suspect provided a breath sample that read 0.174 Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC), over 2 times above the legal limit of 0.08 BAC. The suspect’s driver’s license was also suspended after her arrest. The female suspect was charged with OVI, Seatbelt Violation, and Red Light Violation. #police #bodycam #cops

Cassandritz Blanc - Murdered Pregnant Wife and Dismembered her Body Full Police Interrogation

Exclusive Interrogation Audio Of Double Murder Suspect Accused Of Killing Wife, Father-In-Law

police interrogation of double murder suspect Cassandritz Blanc.

While talking to police he tried to pin a murder he's accused of on his wife, who was also murdered.

"She basically was like, 'I did it,'" Blanc says in the footage. "Did what?" asked the detective. "She was responsible for her dad's death," Blanc replied.

Blanc not only said his wife Martine Bernard shot and kill her own father, Roosevelt Bernard, but that she had planned on killing herself.

"In the text message she said she wanted to kill herself," Blanc said "And after she died she wanted to be burnt into fire."

That story began to unravel. He began to break down.

"I can tell you're ready to let it go. Let it go, what happened," asked Fort Lauderdale Detective Mark Shotwell. That's when Blanc began to sob. Later crying, "My life is done."

Police say Blanc is the one who murdered his wife in their Fort Lauderdale apartment, shooting her in the head, then lived with her decaying body in the apartment before trying to cut up her remains.

Police already suspected him of killing his father-in-law, so they were surveilling him and said they saw him wheeling out a trash can, containing her body.

Blanc is accused of killing his father-in-law too, also wheeling his body out in a garbage can to a nearby vacant lot and starting it on fire. Police say he confessed.

The state attorney's office did not released video of his statement.

We earned from police reports that Blanc allegedly confessed to his wife's murder, saying he killed Martine Bernard because she disrespected him.

Police say he also gave details of his father in law's murder.

Blanc entered a not guilty plea in this case, his attorney is challenging the legality of the confession.

If convicted Blanc could face the death penalty.
