    Arsenal started their 2024 US tour with a friendly game against Bournemouth which ended 1-1 after 90 minutes. Fabio Vieira was the star early on, scoring in the 17th minute with a fantastic volley after Reiss Nelson's cross. But Bournemouth fought back in the second half, with Antoine Semenyo scoring a deflected shot in the 72nd minute to tie the game.


    The excitement continued with a penalty shootout. Arsenal won 5-4, thanks to Carl Hein's amazing saves. Jakob Kiwior scored the winning penalty, giving Arsenal the victory. Coach Mikel Arteta mixed young players and experienced ones, with academy talents like Ayden Heaven, Ethan Nwaneri, and Myles Lewis-Skelly getting some game time.


    Next, Arsenal plays against Manchester United at SoFi Stadium this Saturday.
