Nyssa has been a qualified nurse for nearly 15 years. She has always worked in Emergency Departments . She loved her job but always knew there was more she could do and achieve.

She started her own aesthetics business 5 years ago because she wanted to help people with their skin. In doing this it released the inner entrepreneur in her. She also started to build a business in social marketing , partnered with a health, wellness and beauty company and has have never looked back. She now runs her own aesthetics business alongside her successful online business.

Previously a masters qualified Social Worker and senior leader in both social services and the social care sector, Lucy is passionate and driven around social justice and equity issues.

As an expert and advanced therapeutic Coach, Lucy is highly skilled, deeply present, compassionate, safely boundaried and utterly devoted to your conscious success.

Today we are talking about becoming your biggest cheerleader. One of the things I noticed on my journey of entrepreneurship was the amount of people that are scared to talk about their achievements and their accomplishments.

It is time this changed. We have to become our own biggest cheerleaders in order to believe in ourselves and inspire others to create a different life for themselves too.

In this episode I offer simple ways that we can start to incorporate this in our lives, business and the workplace. As recognition plays a large part in employee satisfaction and employees feel appreciated when they are recognised for their hard work.
