It's not all good news for the Guards though, as Tanner Bibee was scratched from his schedule start this weekend due to shoulder soreness. The back-and-forth over the Cleveland Browns new stadium continues, as the Haslam group responds to the city's offer to publicly fund $461M dollars of a downtown renovation.
