Some of the more severe include addiction, abuse, neglect, mental disorders, and abandonment. These dysfunctions can significantly affect a child's development. As a psychologist, I aim to deepen the understanding of family dysfunction and its impact on individuals. In the latter part of the video, I focus on healing and recovery. I lead a guided hypnosis session designed to mitigate the effects of familial dysfunction. This involves visualising a staircase leading to deeper relaxation and creating a nurturing environment for one's inner child. The goal is to provide the care, love, and support that may have been missing, thereby helping to heal past wounds.
