Chad was a baritone player in the Vanguard Cadets in 1992, and the Santa Clara Vanguard in 1993, ’94, ’96, ’97 and ’98. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife Michelle and daughter Avery.

She is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a Bachelor‘a Degree in Political Science.

    Guest Bio: Robert B. Morrison is a nationally recognized arts education leader with a deep body of research and policy work. He serves as the director of Arts Ed NJ and is the founder and CEO of Quadrant Research. In 2021, he launched The Center for Arts Education and Social Emotional Learning. He is the founder of Music for All, was the first CEO of the VH1 Save The Music Foundation, and helped create the Mr. Holland’s Opus Foundation. Mr. Morrison is recognized for his work add the arts as a core subject to the nation’s education goals in 1994.

    Mr. Morrison’s advocacy work has earned him both a Prime-time EMMY and a Peabody Award, the New Jersey Governor’s Award for Arts Education and an honorary doctorate degree from the State University of New York.

    He was elected to the Crossmen Hall of Fame (2013), Cadets Hall of Fame (2002) and the DCI Hall of Fame (2019)
