yoga for sports

if you are looking for a more spiritual yoga practice this is not it. But if you are an athlete (in the wide sense, i mean anyone who practices some sort of athletic activity) then this is a great complement to training. I run and cannot speak for other sports, but Nathan's sessions have really helped loosen up my legs after harder workouts.
