  • I will be looking forward to interviewing Dr. Beth Ballinger. The emphasis of the show will be on behavioral vision. Dr. Ballinger has a tremendous behavioral optometric practice in Newport Beach, California. In addition to working with patients who have blurred vision or eye disease, Dr. Ballinger works with kids and adults with learning challenges. She also works with infants who have developmental problems. In addition, she works with and helps treat patients who have autism, Down's Syndrome and a host of other neurological problems. We will be discussing her examination and treatment of these patients. I've known Dr. Ballinger for over 30 years. Her compassion and love for optometry and the patients she works with is second to none. Her warmth and love for the profession, I'm sure, will come through during the interview.
