although - embora, Apesar de, contudo

even though -  embora, apesar de, mesmo que

ALTHOUGH and EVEN THOUGH are linking words - ALTHOUGH e EVEN THOUGH são palavras de ligação.

They have the same meaning - Elas têm o mesmo significado.

They are similar to ‘BUT’ - Eles são semelhantes ao 'BUT'.
