There is a thin line between respect and disrespect.  We are all different people, from different backgrounds that  have shaped our perspective of what we think respect is. Respect can be seen in many forms; communication, valuing each other's feelings and needs, honoring one another's boundaries and even taking some much needed time away.

In this episode, you will hear Nick and Regina Wharton share their views on the importance of respect in a marriage, and how they've managed to keep their relationship grounded over the years.
