Can't believe you figured this out at 22

I'm almost 60 and just realizing that the ancestral challenges that my parents went through seriously affected my self-worth.
After listening to this podcast, I have hope that you can inspire your generation and other generations to give yourselves grace and thereby show compassion to others and eventually heal the wounds that have inflicted so many.
