  • Welcome to Backyard Benchwarmers! Metro Detroit sports writer Jonathan Szczepaniak and Kam Goodwill welcome everyone to their first episode ever on the podcast. High school football is hot in the streets and so are many more fall sports as well as we kickoff the 2023-2024 high school athletic season. Like the football season, we will be improving the podcast each week as we go through the trials and tribulations of the podcasting world. Stick with us as we discuss sports that not only we're extremely passionate about, but we know many of you are as well. Apologies in advance for the audio in intro. We're still fine tuning audio and trying to perfrect it to the best of our ability.
