He supports organizations through strategic planning and helps them overcome roadblocks using a framework of values-based commitment and stakeholder mapping.   Originally from Leeds, England, David is a former Scotland Yard police officer. He is a graduate of Hendon Police Academy in London and is a Senior Fellow at the University of Maryland’s School of Public Policy. David is the co-author of the books, "50 DOs for Everyday Leadership Lessons Learned the Hard Way (So You Don’t Have To)," and "What Great Teams Do Great: How Ordinary People Accomplish the Extraordinary."
