Especially today with Covid 19 when most people have spent months in isolation. This is the time when we all need at least one good friendship. But do you think some people put up with bad friendships because they have a need to belong. Maybe a bad friendship gives them the sence of belonging they need? So in this episode i thought it would be good to discuss what a healthy friendship looks like from our perspective.   Some of the keys to good friendship discussed.
    1. You tell them bad news and they listen.
    2. You tell them good news and they celebrate as if it is their win
    3. A real friend will challenge you and when needed cause conflict and tell you the things you need to hear.
    4. Give rather then just take
    5. Workplace friend 
    6. Pick up where you left off.
    7. You help each other without keeping score or having any expectations
