As Australia's first construction coach, I can confidently say that Elinor is one of the hardest working women I've come across in quite some time!

    Elinor has continued to shake things up in the construction industry as she guides industry leaders and professionals toward increased recognition, faster career development and higher compensation. Her work, including the 'Constructing your Career' and ' Young Gun' books, talk about the mediocre standards that have filtered through into leadership practice and how YOU can employ self-leadership to have career success in the construction industry.

    One lesson I learned was that employees and a company are mutually exclusive. A company's success will not accurately reflect the satisfaction of its employees
