    In Episode 2, Dr Mandy Fealy joins Stephanie to discuss her PHD "The Good Enough Survivor: Research on Psychological Preparation for Collective Trauma". Mandy is an organisational psychologist, and is a specialist in dealing with collective trauma and working with leaders within that. Living through the earthquakes in New Zealand in 2010 and 2011, and as a psychologist, Mandy worked with the New Zealand Earthquake Commission to support survivors of the earthquakes, leaders and employees within organisations. Stephanie and Mandy discuss what we can take from previous trauma's to apply that to the current Covid Crisis, and taking steps to appreciate the new normal.
