  • The Disappearance of Christopher Douthat
    Feb 26 2026

ROANOKE, VIRGINIA: The morning of Friday, October 25, 2013, began as usual for Christopher Douthat. His mom dropped him off at work around 6:30 a.m., and said she'd see him later.

The crew finished early that day, and Chris had time to kill until 5:00 p.m., when a friend was going to pick him up.

His movements were traceable that afternoon- via phone records- and they were typical. Until they abruptly stopped around 4:30 p.m.

While on the phone, he said he saw someone he knew, and the phone disconnected.

Chris hasn't been seen or heard from, since.

  • The Disappearance of Beverly Potts and Corey James Edkin
    Feb 12 2026

In 1989, something truly baffling happened in the quiet town of New Columbia, Pennsylvania. A two-year-old seemed to vanish from his home in the middle of the night.

The family would also find themselves in the spotlight over the years from some other crimes, some of which have remained unsolved.

The fact remains, however, that two-year-olds generally don't disappear on their own, at least without being found eventually.

So what happened to Corey James Edkin?

  • The Disappearance of Marsha Kaye Lyle (Jacksonville, Florida)
    Feb 6 2026

Marsha Kaye Lyle was a 41-year old woman living in Seale, Alabama in May of 2020. She was living with an inoperable brain tumor, and was being treated for schizoaffective disorder.

Her mother and sister, who lived in Florida, helped keep tabs on her by setting up weekly check-in phone calls with Marsha.

But by that May, Marsha stopped answering their calls. Welfare checks from authorities discovered that Marsha was at home, but might have been acting oddly.
By the evening of May 5, 2020, Marsha left her Seale, Alabama home and started driving. A trail of clues led authorities and Marsha's family to several areas in Florida, and finally, Jacksonville, Florida where the trail went cold.

    Where is Marsha Kaye Lyle?

In 2008, one of his adoptive sisters set out to find Adam, hoping to reunite with him. What she learned was unsettling. Adam was never given back to Child Services.
