  • It has been a hot minute since I've recorded an episode, meaning years! But here I am, back and ready to share all the ways I am perfectly imperfect, starting with what I have been up to the last couple of years and what's new with me. A big thing that's new with me is I recently decided to build on my degree in Psychology by taking a course on becoming trauma informed and am currently taking a course on root cause therapy. As I say in this episode, I have no idea what these things mean but I feel like I'm moving in the right direction.
