Welcome back to Where to Start! This week Mikki chats to Jillian Hefferan from Luna Sol Energy.

Jillian is a Reiki Master and has been living on the Sunshine Coast with her partner, two children and their dog for the last 5 years. 

Jillian is passionate about working with children of all ages and their families. Jillian knows that after working as a Lead Educator for almost 10 years, she understands just how beneficial the holistic healings such as Reiki can be for little ones. This is generally conducted through calm play.

Jillian also works with mothers, women who are pregnant women and those wanting to become pregnant. After issues with Jillian's own miscarriages and Matrescence, she can understand how shifting unwanted and unbalanced energy help your mind, body and soul and I would love to hold space for you an guide you through this time.

She also offers essential oil rollers made especially you after your Reiki sessions to support your chakras and emotions that may arise.

Jillian facilitates Cacao ceremonies, they are a celebratory ritual that opens the heart through the use of cacao. This ritual may also include meditation, reflection, journaling and oracle cards; whatever it is that you are guided to.
