Now, this isn't a very sexy topic but it is essential that we talk about it.

It's a SERIOUS issue which I feel we're not addressing currently. In my line of work, I meet more and more guys who are lonely. Almost exclusively, none of them like to admit it, but it is becoming more and more common, the deeper I dive into this work.

Well, that's exactly what I attempt to tackle in this podcast. Like I mentioned earlier, it ain't sexy, but I do believe that it is vital that we talk about this, if only to bring awareness to the topic and help some guys realise that they might fall into this category... and that there is a solution.

If you have begun to think that you might actually be a little lonely recently, or someone that you know is showing all the signs of isolation, this episode is for you.
