    Jun 4 2024

In the final episode of the series, Liv reflects on lessons learned from all her many talented guests and friends over the last few weeks- and what a way to finish but to talk with Author, DJ and Broadcaster Vick Hope about her unique approach to movement.

Vick talks about her love of dancing and yoga, how the two are interconnected, and how she discovered an approach to movement that taught her the importance of rest and mindfulness, and how this saved her from burnout and stress.

They are joined by Nike Well Collective Coach Rosie Hall, founder of Rogue Room, a yoga space that takes the vibrancy, connection and euphoria of club culture and uses it to reclaim yoga as a form of movement that welcomes us all- and to encourage us to be present, introspective and move in a way that feels good for us and our body.

  • The power of nutrition, finding motivation, and self-kindness: Ixta Belfrage and Miriam Krug
    May 21 2024

In this episode, Liv speaks to friend, chef, and author Ixta Belfrage about her love of food and cooking, her time in the Ottolenghi test kitchen, and her celebration of bold recipes in her new cookbook. Ixta speaks about growing up in a very healthy household in Italy and having a nutritionist mum and the influence this had on her relationship with food and nutrition.

They are joined by Nike Well Collective Trainer Miriam Krug, whose specialised approach to nutrition involves reframing our goals to move beyond the aesthetic. She describes how she is re-learning how to view her body, that healthy looks different for everyone, and how a career-altering injury led her to a deeper understanding of the importance of rest and a rounded approach to fitness and nutrition.

They also discuss the importance of motivation when you aren’t feeling your best, and how the key is being kind to yourself and finding different approaches to movement and nutrition - whether that's a 10-minute walk outside or a few stretches while you are watching tv.
