Why It Might Be Better To Represent Both Buyer & Seller In A Real Estate Transaction

  • When I represent both buyer and the seller, I am able to effectively communicate and negotiate on behalf of both parties to ensure that everyone's needs and interests are being met. This can be very helpful to eliminate possible misunderstandings and hopefully avoid potential disputes. My goal is to get a referral from each party after the sale is closed, which is the ultimate sign of a successful transaction. 

    By representing both parties, it allows me to fully understand the motivations and priorities of each side, which can help me to find creative solutions to achieve a win-win result. I have an extensive list of local past clients whose testimonials serve as proof that my system works.  

    Overall, my goal as a real estate broker is to make the process as stress-free as possible for my clients. By representing both parties, I am able to provide an extra level of personalized service and attention to detail that can make a significant difference in the success of the transaction. As a licensed broker, I have a fiduciary duty to represent both parties fairly. Not every licensed broker has experience in this type of negotiation, but a significant portion of my $200 million in sales has been through representing both buyer and seller in the same transaction.
