  • William Goldsmith is a drummer and may be most recognized as of one of the founding members of the legendary band, Sunny Day Real Estate. The band is an emo rock band originally from Seattle Washington, forming in 1992 and just reformed in 2022 for their fourth reunion. They have released 4 full length albums, 1 live album, and are known as the pioneers of emo music. They have been featured in countless press, toured across the world, performed at major festivals and Late Night television including The Daily Show w/ John Stewart and Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. Jeremy Enigk, Dan Hoerner, Greg Suran (The B52's), and Chris Jordan are in the band (SDRE) too.
