This episode encourages listeners to try again, be bold, and tap into the courage they had as children. One bad experience should not define our future choices and that self-consciousness can hinder our potential growth and opportunities.

  • EP. 17 - Don't Do 75Hard
    Jun 24 2024

Ever heard of 75Hard? It's a very popular health challenge that requires 75 straight days without missing a workout, nutrition targets plus other things in order to not "fail" the challenge.

I argue that challenges like this are not necessary for sustainable results. In fact, I believe that they are often detrimental to long term goals even if you "pass" them!

In short, Sustainable actions lead to sustainable results. Lowering the threshold and focusing on simple habits can be more effective than extreme challenges.

By the way...I have a free 28 day challenge called DadShred that's all about simple, sustainable habits that is open until June 28th. Check it out here: https://www.holyfitcoaching.com/dadshred
