    I am sharing some important updates about our journey together on this channel.

    As many of you know, my passion for Yoga Nidra extends beyond our practice sessions. It encompasses a deep commitment to exploring how these practices can profoundly affect our well-being, especially concerning the nervous system and how we process stress, anxiety and unresolved trauma. To honour this commitment and ensure the program is both impactful and informed, I have decided to take a short break from uploading new Yoga Nidra sessions.

    This pause will allow me to focus on comprehensive research into the effects of the nervous system, serve our community better, and consider my own needs simultaneously. My aim is to return with insights that will further enrich our practices and enhance your journey toward peace and equanimity.

    Rest assured, this is only a pause. I will return. During this period, I encourage you to revisit our existing sessions and continue your practice. Each session is designed to be revisited and can offer new insights and comforts each time.

Yoga Nidra and Beyond Oodcast

For therapeutic self-care, I have been experimenting with different modes of mindfulness exercises & trainings.

Alya’s presentation style and discussions have been the first effective tool I have found.

At a point of critical crisis and inflection, I have experienced truly profound benefits without some of the rather random instructions which (at least for me) made effective attempts at mindfulness practice useless.

I’ve been able to move from intense mental stress, sleepless nights and non-functional days to almost 6 hours + of sleep per night and the ability to perform in my job again.

Totally worked to fall.asleep

Wonderful guidance, helped.me relax and fall.asleep. Will continue using it, used jt when i woke up too early and guided back to sleep again
