After interning at the Mayor’s Office in the Community Affairs Division he decided to run for City Council Member for District 11. Joining us in the conversation was his campaign manager Osbert Tejada. In this episode we spoke about campaigns and what running for office looks like, the ins and out of politics and how dirty it can be but also how one can accomplish so much change if done right. We also compare politics to social action, which most of us partake in like protesting and community engagement.
