A little bit about Erika: "Erika is a holistic empowerment coach, dedicated to supporting individuals as they evolve their confidence, end self-sabotage cycles, break through societal stigmas, unleash their full creative essence, and reach the truest version of themselves. With over a decade of professional experience in cognitive coaching, health coaching, teaching, case management, behavior modification, and advocacy, Erika has helped hundreds of people overcome obstacles and achieve their emotional, physical, and relational health goals.

Erika's journey to coaching stems from her own experiences with depression and anxiety since childhood, which led to years of self-doubt, low self-esteem, and unhealthy relationships. Through inner work and coaching, she was able to break this cycle, leading to significant personal growth and accomplishments, including leaving an abusive relationship, traveling solo across the U.S. and U.K., removing alcohol from her life, meeting and marrying her soulmate, and launching her own coaching business.

Erika's educational background in psychology and sociology, combined with her personal experiences, has shaped her approach to coaching, focusing on empowering individuals to live in alignment with their true worth and potential."
