  • It has been said "we do not see the World as it is, but as we are".  In today's episode, Arturo discusses how our socialization forms the lens (stories/programs) through which you see the world.  Our Mind reinforces those stories/programs through deletion, distortion, & generalization.  Arturo introduces a technique to change those limiting stories/programs.
