  • And that's a wrap . . . on season 3
    Jun 17 2024

It is that time of year again when Laurel and Sam sit down to chat about some of the incredible conversations. They had this past season with guests that quickly became friends as the conversations unfolded.

We recap talking about becoming an entrepreneur and wishing we had known about the work Shelagh does (@shelaghcummins). We know that when we are feeling sad or overwhelmed and need some support that we can always call on Kirsten (@tlclifecoaching). We acknowledge two wonderful individuals who brought us together with without even necessarily knowing that that's what they were doing, Jodie (@themotherlode) and Judie (@judienotjodie). There are so many reflections in this episode.

Our third season found us taking more opportunities to slow down and record times when we have connected with one another about what's been going on in our lives, about the guests we've spoken to and breaking down some of the feelings that we've had about some of our episodes.

So far, season three is up there in our top three seasons that we've been putting this show together.

We wish you an amazing and sunny summer. Be good to one another. Treat yourself with kindness, love and respect.

Today we have the opportunity to introduce you to Nelin Krull, RP and Myofascial Release Therapist. We learn more about long-term and ongoing healing patterns that can be set even decades after an injury occurs (that includes that time you fell off your bike when you were a child or were in a simple MVC as a teen).
