• What is Sexual Empowerment?
    Nov 14 2025

Sexual empowerment is not a destination — it’s a practice. It’s about stepping into your sexual self with ownership, confidence, and connection, even in a world that has often told you to hide. The questions below are not just prompts to think about — they are invitations to remember, re-experience, and claim your power.

Reflective Questions to Guide Your Exploration

    1. Owning My Sexuality

    * What does “owning my sexuality” mean to me?

    * What does that look like in practice — through my choices, my body language, my relationships?

    * When have there been times I’ve fully owned my sexuality? What did that feel like in my body?

    2. Pride in Sexual Expression

    * What does “being proud of my sexuality and sexual expression” mean to me?

    * When have I practiced this before, even in small ways?

    * How did others respond — and how did I respond to myself in that moment?

    3. Connection to Myself

    * When have I felt deeply sexually connected to myself?

    * Was it through touch, fantasy, movement, or simple presence?

    * What helped make that connection powerful, and how can I bring more of that into my life now?

    4. Connection to Others

    * When have I felt sexually connected to others?

    * What qualities in myself, the other person, or the environment made it possible?

    * How did empowerment show up in that connection?

    5. Disempowerment

    * When have I felt sexually disempowered?

    * What external factors (shame, fear, judgment, performance anxiety) contributed?

    * What internal beliefs or voices were at play?

    Taking It Deeper

As you sit with these reflections, notice:

    * Patterns. Do you see moments where empowerment comes easily? Do you notice consistent barriers?

    * Body responses. Do certain memories make your body tighten or relax? This is key data.

    * Growth edges. Where do you sense your next step lies — more connection with self, more expression with others, more release of judgment?

Sexual empowerment grows from awareness. The more you map the landscape of your empowering and disempowering experiences, the clearer your path forward becomes.

To explore what sexual empowerment could look like for you, schedule an individual coaching session together with me.

  • How to Embrace New Helpful Messages
    Nov 13 2025

When shame is built from the weight of harmful messages, healing requires building a foundation of helpful messages. These are truths, reminders, and affirmations that support your sexual wholeness.

Helpful messages are not about pretending everything is perfect. They’re about rooting yourself in compassion, curiosity, and dignity when it comes to your body, your sexuality, and your desires.

Your healed, empowered inner messages can transform the way you see yourself and the way you relate to the world around you. Schedule a coaching session with me to re-write your inner dialogue to step firmly into a life of sexual empowerment.

  • Fruits of Freedom with Juno Lux Epifanio
    Nov 12 2025

In this episode, I sit down with queer mystic and spiritual powerhouse Juno Lux Epifanio (they/he), Founder and Executive Director of The Haus of H—a nonprofit spiritual center reimagining what queer belonging can truly look like.

With a master’s degree in social work, a deep command of mystical and esoteric traditions, and a devotion to uplifting our community, Juno has created an ecosystem of care for queer people unlike anything that has existed before. Their work positions queer liberation as both a social and spiritual movement, using immersive retreats and creative experiences to fuel The Haus of H’s mission of building systems of care that honor LGBTQ+ lives across generations.

Think the heart of a social worker, the fire of an activist, and the soul of a mystic—Juno’s leadership is living ritual.

We drop straight into what real, grounded support for the GBTQ+ community looks like, why reclaiming our personal narratives is a radical act of liberation, and how presence and mindfulness can change the way we move through sex, identity, and community.

We also dive into our upcoming retreat, Fruits of Freedom, and the intention behind creating a space where queer men can finally breathe, open, heal, and celebrate themselves without apology.

From May 1–4, 2026, Juno and I will be co-facilitating this sacred retreat in Smithfield, Utah, alongside Dillon Diaz, Leo Rising, Kai Franco, and Simón Malvaez. Together, we’re crafting a deeply held, deeply queer container for GBTQ+ people to rediscover their sexual selves with freedom, hope, and unapologetic empowerment.

  • Letting Go of Unhelpful Messages
    Nov 12 2025

Shame doesn’t start with us. It’s handed to us through the words, glances, rules, and silences we grow up around. Some messages are loud and explicit — “Being gay is wrong.” Others are subtle but just as damaging, like a parent or guardian flinching when sex comes up on TV or a teacher avoiding any conversation about queer relationships.

To release shame, we need to do more than simply identify these messages. We need to call them out, question them, and see how they’ve been shaping our sexual selves.

    Here’s how to do that.

To work through this together, schedule an individual coaching session with me, and we’ll let go of the messages that are no longer serving you.

  • Spotting Sexual Shame in Your Life (And How to Unhook From It)
    Nov 10 2025

Sexual shame is sneaky as hell.

It doesn’t always show up screaming, “HEY, YOU’RE BROKEN!” — sometimes it’s subtle, sometimes it’s quiet, sometimes it’s hiding in habits you don’t even think twice about. But underneath? It’s still running the show.

This guide is about helping you spot the signs — the ways sexual shame may be weaving itself into your thoughts, your relationships, your body, your choices — so you can name it, claim it, and start shaking it loose.

Because once you see where it’s showing up, you can stop letting it control you.

  • “How Was The Retreat?”
    Nov 6 2025

Every Monday, I lead a free guided meditation on Zoom with a community that’s become lovingly known as the Woo-Woo Crew.

During a recent session, someone asked, “So... how was the retreat?”—referring to my first-ever group coaching retreat in Portland, Oregon. What unfolded from that question wasn’t just a recap—it was a conversation about healing, community, and what happens when gay men come together without the walls we’ve been taught to build.

It’s one thing for me to tell you what happened. It’s another to hear it—to feel it through some of the voices of the men who were there.

One of the biggest lessons from the retreat is that connection isn’t a luxury, it’s a lifeline. I know we say that all the time, but dammit, it’s fucking necessary. Over that weekend, we held one another—emotionally, physically, spiritually. We saw one another without masks. We existed without expectation, performance, or pressure. We could just... be.

This conversation captures that. That raw, open-hearted magic. That reminder that we don’t heal alone.

If this conversation stirs something in you, and you’re curious about joining a future retreat, you can learn more here. My next retreat is coming up in February and will be hosted in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Then, I’ll be hosting another retreat in June in Austin Texas (which you can learn about here).

For any questions or concerns you may have about my retreats, schedule a free 30 minute information session with me.

And if you’d like to join the Woo-Woo Crew’s free weekly guided meditation sessions, register here.

Thanks so much for being here, and I can’t wait to continue supporting you.

  • Woo-Woo Crew | Gratitude EMOM
    Nov 4 2025

In this week’s guided meditation, I lead the Woo-Woo Crew through a gratitude-based exercise (for my friends who like fitness, you’ll appreciate the title of this episode).

EMOM stands for “Every minute on the minute” and it’s a common workout structure in HIIT-style classes.

Here in this meditation, I use the EMOM style to focus on gratitude, leading you through an opportunity to deeply focus on one person, place, or thing that you’re grateful for each minute.

Give this exercise a try. I’m curious as to how it’ll go for you.

As we step into the month of November, this is a time of reflection and appreciation, so being diligent about gratitude can be a source of peace, hope, and encouragement to guide us through troubled waters.

Follow along to this meditation, and register for next week’s FREE meditation!

  • Exercise Should Be Fun!
    Nov 4 2025

Exercise can be something we look forward to. It can be a rewarding and necessary part of our day, one that helps us to get the day started in the ideal headspace or wrap it up with a powerful stress-relief. It can be as fun as a dance party, no matter if you’re doing wall balls or holding a plank that seems like it’s going on for hours.

I’m a big music fan, so music is the primary tool I use to make my exercise fun. I get my pop girls going in my ears, and I lose myself to the blessing of great tunes and the ability to take care of my physical (and mental) selves.

Getting outside into nature, creating a community, and mixing up the types of exercise you are doing are all additional tools that are just as fantastic as making it fun as much as music is.

So, how do you make exercise fun? Or, how can you start making it more fun for yourself? What are the tunes you get jiggy with? How have you noticed the benefits of exercise and regular movement on your body, mind, soul, and spirit?
