our next installment of the KNOW YOUR RIGHTS series: the SECOND AMENDMENT featuring professor brandon beck!!!

the second amendment hadn't changed much since 2008 with the decision in DC v. Heller, UNTIL 2022 when the new supreme court decided US v. Bruen. with this new decision, second amendment issues have been ever-pressing with a new analysis for when a law restricting one's right to bear arms is infringed.

i sit down with professor beck, who teaches at texas tech school of law, is a former federal public defender, and one of the smartest guys in the state. professor beck has argued in front of the supreme court (OF THE UNITED STATES!!!!) and WON!!! we go in depth about the history of the second amendment and the current state of the law.
