whats your work environment like? how do you approach work?

If you're anything like me, and you're stuck in an unhealthy workplace and you also experience an unhealthy amount of anxiety and pressure in general, you might find this helpful. here are a few work mentality i try to adopt when i wake up in the morning and get ready for my 9-5.

btw, around the 8 minute mark you'll hear me say "when i put in my two weeks notice earlier this week..." OBVSIOUSLY i meant "earlier this YEAR" oops. Anyway, enjoy!
