Story
It's difficult to hear the growing daily reports of evil in our society without a degree of fear. Seen from a human perspective, things appear hopeless. But as we consider the spiritual perspective of those same events, we can - and will - see what purpose those struggles serve in God's plan. In this book, pastor and author Phil Hotsenpiller will help you begin to connect the dots between biblical prophecies about lawlessness with current events.

Story
The Bible promises one day Christ will return for His Church, catching Christians away to their home in Heaven. This is commonly called the Rapture, which the Bible describes thus: “We who are alive and remain will be caught up…in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air.” Additionally, the Bible forewarns of a tumultuous period in the final days, commonly known as the Great Tribulation. Jesus solemnly proclaimed: “For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been from the beginning of the world until now, no, and never will be” (Matthew 24:21). The timing of the ...

Story
Although the book of Revelation is said to give a blessing to those who read and hear it, it often results in confusion as well. Revelation is applicable to all times and occasions in the Church, and because of that it has been interpreted as predicting many different events in history. Naturally, these interpretations all contradict each other which leads many believers to decide that efforts to understand it are a waste of time.

The great Doctor of the Church and Benedictine monk Saint Anselm has assembled one of the greatest books ever written on heaven. Relying on his profound insights from prayer and his deep love for Sacred Scripture, Anselm systematically describes various aspects of the happiness of heaven: the beauty of the bodies of the blessed, the velocity of the glorified bodies of the saints in heaven, the strength of the blessed, the pleasures of heaven, and much more. At the same time, Saint Anselm does not shy away from the reality of hell and its unending torments.

Story
You will be treated like Jesus on the Day of Judgment! That is exactly what the entire New Testament is shouting to believers. There will be no fear, no shame, and no guilt on the Day of Judgment. Instead, we can have confidence on the Day of Judgment because we are totally forgiven and just like Jesus. In The Cross Worked., Zach Maldonado explores the Scriptures about forgiveness, reward, and judgment and dismantles the popular religious jargon around these verses.

The Fall of Satan and Rise of the Antichrist is my flagship book! Some important Bible prophecies are about to overtake us! This book corrects prophetic misconceptions. It also helps us to understand the season. Many teachers have said that Christ’s coming is eminent. But their accounts are too often generalized. This book identifies very specific milestones on the trail to Christ’s return that can be observed today. Many prophecies are just now coming into focus. Such as the destruction of Damascus and the Turkish led invasion into Israel. We can only recognize these events as we ...

In the first part of Pretrib, Dr. Alan Kurschner makes the case that God has worked with both Israel and the church at the same time in the past, and he continues to do so at this time, and he will work with both at the same time in the future. In the second half of the book, Dr. Kurschner contends that the rapture is neither disconnected from, nor identified with, the second coming. Rather, the rapture belongs to the second coming.

Sinners in the Hands of an Angry God is the best known work of Jonathan Edwards, preeminent pastor and theologian. It was providentially used during the First Great Awakening to open the minds and hearts of many to the reality of God's existence and the fierceness of his coming judgment. With vivid imagery and an unrelenting pressing, Edwards warns of the horrors of hell, prodding his listeners to flee the coming wrath and run to Christ. This volume also includes another classic Edwards sermon, Love the Sum of All virtue. Both sermons have been updated for modern readers, keeping all of ...

Story
This is the quintessential hellfire and damnation sermon. It is one of the most important sermons ever preached in America and reportedly caused mass conversions and repentances during the "Great Awakening" back in 1741. The vivid imagery Edwards used reportedly made some of those who heard it tremble and cry out for mercy. It is an important piece of American Literature, even for those those who totally disagree with the author's view of God as vengeful, angry and a bit cruel.

Story
The popular declaration in Christendom today is, “Do not take the mark of the beast, because if you do, you will go to hell.” A related question is, “Can you lose your salvation by taking the mark of the beast during the tribulation?” There is a great deal of confusion about the mark of the beast, and few sermons adequately address this subject. Rather than just accept the mantra, “Do not take the mark of the beast!”, let’s carefully dig into the scriptures for help. This issue really involves a number of corollary questions.

Story
Obituary writer Nadine Barbault doesn’t mind being called “Lady Death”. It suits the ice queen persona she’s cultivated to survive the fast-paced Toronto Herald. So when Nadine learns that famous (and reclusive) author Dot Voline has died, she doesn’t hesitate to run the obituary…only to discover that Dot is very much alive. Nadine’s screw-up has brought Wesley Chen of the rival Spear no end of joy—she’s been a thorn in his extremely ambitious side for years. But the renewed interest in Dot also surfaced chatter about a mysterious past scandal.

Story
Hillbilly Elegy is a passionate and personal analysis of a culture in crisis - that of white working-class Americans. The decline of this group, a demographic of our country that has been slowly disintegrating over 40 years, has been reported on with growing frequency and alarm but has never before been written about as searingly from the inside. J. D. Vance tells the true story of what a social, regional, and class decline feels like when you were born with it hung around your neck.

There is no bigger public health story now than the collapse in youth mental health. The numbers are terrifying and dominate our headlines. There has been much debate over how we got here, and what to do next, and bestselling author and social psychologist Jonathan Haidt is at the white-hot center of that discourse. Haidt has spent his career speaking wisdom and truth into the most difficult landscapes—communities polarized by politics and religion, campuses battling culture wars, and now the perfect storm contributing to a public health emergency for Gen Z.
