Throughout his life he opposed mainstream medical practices; he warned that drugs were being over-prescribed, and that hospitalization often made sick patients get sicker. Shelton dedicated his life to offering a different approach to health. More than anything else, Shelton emphasized the need to become attuned to the natural processes of the body.

Fulton J. Sheen - bishop, scholar, professor, radio and television personality, and writer - spent his life sharing the Word of God with millions of Christians across the world. One of his best-known works is The Life of Christ, written in 1954. This book explores the foretelling of Christ's birth, his life, temptations, death, and resurrection. But while Sheen himself was a scholar and an academic, his recounting is both listenable and accessible to the layperson.

The Priest Is Not His Own asks the Catholic priest to view himself as not only a shepherd of his flock, but as a victim, just as Christ was a victim. Unlike priests of other faiths who offered sacrifices of animals and other men to the gods, Christ offered himself as the sacrifice that would save all mankind. While Archbishop Sheen doesn’t ask the priest to sacrifice his earthly life, he does ask him to sacrifice his entire soul to Christ on the Cross in every Mass and his entire body to Christ with the breaking of bread.

The Collected Writings of Edward Leedskalnin is a compilation of two of Leedskalnin's works, Magnetic Current and A Book in Every Home. This eccentric sculptor and amateur scientist devoted most of his life to creating a large complex of megalithic stones that he quarried and carved himself.
