Many people as they get older find it difficult to have healthy relationships whether social or marital, this problem stems from the fact that they never learned how to communicate properly. In fact many adults still communicate behaviorally in the same way children do. Meaning that while their vocabulary has developed their overall attitudes and behaviors have not.

The nonviolent communication method focuses on a number of different concepts that all promote peaceful and wholesome ways of living that can allow you to be able to live a healthier lifestyle in terms of your mental and emotional states. And secondly, I wanted to understand better what kind of education fits our efforts to remain compassionate - which I think is our nature - even when others act violently or exploitably.
