Gah! This was so good!!!

Talk about an engrossing story. I started this book this morning and completely devoured it, foregoing any and all responsibility. I had things to do today! 🤣

I don't usually read contemporary romance books. It's not my preferred genre. BUT... This book has been all over TikTok and bookstagram and I thought I should see what all the fuss was about. Man, it did not disappoint.

I don't even know what to say besides you need to read this book. I mean, the scene with the phonecall 🥵... the build up was delicious 🔥

It was ok

I went into this blind and chose it because of the hype. It was good. Nothing that I got super excited about 🤷‍♀️ I didn't love the female narrator. The male narrator was pretty good.

IDK I just didn't connect with any of the characters and didn't get invested enough to really care about what happened. It didn't pull out any feelings and I really wanted there to be more tension and angst. It started out promising with the car scene but just didn't live up to the hype for me.

Also, I HATE when a man claims to love a woman but calls her S!ut and wh@re in the bedroom. I'm just not about that. Rough seggs...fine. I'm all for it. But not those names. I just can't.

The book is great, but the narrator is Awful.

The story was great but I had to buy the book to read it as the narrator does a HORRIBLE male voice and it just took away from it so much.

Disappointed in the audio….

The female narrator ruined it for me, especially when she did the male parts. The story within itself was good however the volume of the audio was a little low even with my phone on maximum volume, which made it more difficult to hear the the female narrator when she was trying to speak like a man.

Alex was excellent!!

Not a fan of the story itself. Cliche lines and didn’t care for the plot much. Felt the writing wasn’t very strong… and I’ve read thousands of romance books. This is my first audible. Alex’s voice was very good— and I enjoyed his narration!

Loved it!!

Aiden Snow's voice is liquid sex! Good Lawd, I could listen to that man read the phone book! I loved this story. Cindy Kay was solid too. I thought the pacing of this book was a little on the rushed side for the huge amount of events that took place during this story. That was my only bit of criticism. Loved the story otherwise and I am moving on to Twisted Games next.

loved it! great steamy parts and the plot was actually pretty 👍😊. Narration was awesome, no complaints

Any book read by Aiden stone is well worth the money. But it helps so much when the story is written so well.
