I read this book physically before it came out on Audible, and I’ve now listened multiple times. This is a book for anyone questioning whether to keep going. This is a book for anyone who is starting a business, anyone who is growing a business, and anyone who is in customer service of any sort. I have listened to this book more than once, and each time I am challenged to grow... but more than that, it's like a natural growth happens just by allowing this information in to my brain. One of the greatest challenges for me, in being a person who sells things, has been my own mindset.
