I Love the Spiritual Aspects.

I liked the last hour of this book where she speaks to the spiritual side of life. I loved the meditation at the end because it was so simple and so heartfelt.

Most meaningful and important book I’ve ever read.

Most everything in this book touched me but what hit me especially deeply was the chapter about sad songs. My girlfriend and I perform as an acoustic duo and tagged ourselves as Rock & Roll Balladeers and perform such “sad” songs. I always knew these songs were special and had an audience and this chapter confirmed that and gave me a lot of hope for our future as well as some great marketing ideas.

The way Susan talks about dealing with death and grief and depression were also very helpful. I could write and talk about this book endlessly but I’ll save it for her online community which is where I’m headed now.

On a technical note, Susan’s voice and the way she talks was so soothing and reassuring and while light hearted and gentle was strong and factual. I love Michael Singer and Wayne Dyer but Susan is my new hero!

Practical steps

I found the author’s voice soothing and her words enlightening. The steps are simple, not necessarily easy, but you could go in depth as much as you want. I enjoyed this very much. I will refer back to it and listen to it again. I highly recommend.
