The content I use to help people grow personally and professionally, comes from an uncommon classroom: the aircraft cockpit. I've interviewed pilots and non-pilots alike, from Tokyo to Tennessee, written numerous articles, coached on peak performance, flown for 50 accident-free years, and authored books to help others win at work and in life.
