Great job breaking down behavioral health concepts
I really appreciated how the author broke down behavioral health concepts into simple and relatable terms. The narration is pleasant and easy to follow. Transformational!
If you've been told you have BPD, this author is here is to reframe your thoughts about that diagnosis and give you real advice to transform your life. She tells her personal story about her anxiety and the steps she has taken toward her own mental health. From getting to better understand your personality, emotions and attachment styles you will get a better view of why you currently think the way you do. The book gives you thought-provoking questions that can help you re-think anxiety and imagine how you're thinking from someone else's perspective, which in return diminishes it for you. Overall it's a great book to better understand yourself and learn some excellent mindful strategies to overcome symptoms.

Learn about the disorder to support a loved one
I listened to ‘A New Understanding of Borderline Personality Disorder’ with hopes to better understand the issue, so I could possible help, or at least support those afflicted. The chapters were broke down to cover topics that made the content easy to absorb; I actually listened to one of the chapters three times before moving on.
I picked up lots of advice and information I feel I will be able to use when I’m around someone with a borderline personality disorder.

Great Book on a Hard Topic
When you realize that your best friend or maybe even your partner isn't dealing with the world in a normal way, you may be dealing with someone who suffers from borderline personality disorder. People with this disorder have difficulty dealing with the world. They have learned over time to react inappropriately to outside stimuli. What do you do? You gather as much information as you can. This book is a great reference for those who need help learning about borderline personality disorder in order to be a better friend or partner. It is easy to understand and gives great guidance for anyone searching to learn more.
