Excellent book made better

I purchased and read through the first 6 books in just over a week and the series is amazing. I saw the free sample of the first audio book on the author's Facebook page and after listening to it I was blow away that an already great series could get better. This was the first audio book I have ever purchased and it was well worth it. The story is amazing and Nick Podehl took the story to a whole new level with his excellent voice acting. I am eagerly looking forward to the next installment.

Truly great experience

This book is quite remarkable. Search an intriguing story. It kept me captivated from beginning to end. This story starts off amazing and stays amazing throughout the whole book. I almost want to do a review in the middle of the story. I guess the only thing to do now is to continue on with the next book and next book and next book until the series is complete. Do yourself a favor and purchase this book, listen to the story, and get drawn in to the world that the author has magnificently created.

i felt i lived every moment - from happiness to tears - right alongside the MC and loved the clever ways aleron kong introduced epic moments and dark mood settings onto the story. a must read for D&D and MMORPG fans or if you love role play in general!

Best book series in the world

This is an incredible story that is performed by the smoothest voice. You truly get enveloped into the lives of the characters and the plot.
Your mind will try to figure out what is going to happen next and it is the complete opposite.
Beautifully written and performed. Love it.
Ready for book 8.

book in quite some time!! Well worth the time to read or listen! I thank the author for this Amazing series!!

Life Changing Experience

In all my life I have had problems reading and/or listening to books. Either they go too fast or are too confusing. It got to the point where I would not read just because I knew that I wasn't going to like it. Eventually, my friend came along and let me borrow his audible. I listened to about ten minutes of this before buying a subscription outright and then ordering the whole series. This has opened my eyes to a new genre of books and how good stories on audible are read. I especially appreciate the accents and the smoothness of Nick Podehl when he reads. It made this story even better.

The adventure awaits.

I didn't know what to expect from a LitRPG but once I started listening I was hooked. I am on book 2 now and am loving the adventure.

Amazing story and narrator!

The story is great , I love the intermingling of gaming and my imagination. The narrator does an exceptional job as well.
