Publisher's summary

Court Gentry is caught between the Russian mafia and the CIA in this latest electrifying thriller in the number one New York Times best-selling Gray Man series.

When you kick over a rock, you never know what's going to crawl out.

Alex Velesky is about to discover that the hard way. He's stolen records from the Swiss bank that employs him, thinking that he'll uncover a criminal conspiracy. But he soon finds that he's tapped into the mother lode of corruption. Before he knows it, he's being hunted by everyone from the Russian mafia to the CIA.

Court Gentry and his erstwhile lover, Zoya Zakharova, find themselves on opposites poles when it comes to Velesky. They both want him, but for different reasons.

That's a problem for tomorrow. Today they need to keep him and themselves alive. Right now, it's not looking good.

Great listen but not my favorite

I am a Gray Man addict, I’ve read them all. Six is not quite up to par but still his intrepid self. Decide for yourself, lots of twists and turns and he is still amazing

Keep it going! Armored was great, but Grey Man is one of my top favs of all time

On behalf of those who’ve read every book, I’ll just say “it’s about bloody time” as far as the ending. On multiple matters!!

The book, as usual, was fantastic. The signature blend of almost feasible but slightly fantastical at the same time. Six is hands down the luckiest man to have ever lived - but I love it anyway. Well worth the time to listen or read. I’ll be eagerly awaiting the next one!

Much better than other Gray Man books

Essentially the basic Gray Man format. The CIA contacts Gentry for a special off-the-books mission. Suzanne Brewer sends Gentry after Alex Velensky, who has sensitive information from his bank and sensitive Russian records of payoffs to western officials. Soya, suffering from alcohol and drug addiction, comes into the mission from another direction. As usual, they have the Russians and US authorities after them. The pace of action is fast especially at the end.

These keep getting better and better

Just when you think Mark Greaney has done, all he can do with the grey man, he comes up with a new story of espionage that is better than the last. You will not be able to put this down… The story is riveting, and the characters are real.

Wow! That was fun!

The final 20 minutes were about the most intense of any book I’ve read. I love the Gray Man character and supporting cast. And, the narrator, Jay Snyder, is fantastic!! Keep ‘em coming!

Another page turner

Another fast paced, excellent installment in the Gray Man series flawlessly performed by Jay Snider. I enjoyed the pacifist plot twist... Can't wait for the next one.

Best Gray Man yet!

Loved this book. The character development with Zoya is great. Angela is a very good new character, and I hope we see more of her.
