Eddie Stern, MSc, CYT, is a yoga teacher, author, and researcher. He has a multidisciplinary approach to yoga which includes applying traditional Yogic practices to scientific research, accessible technology, and collaboration. He is involved in evidence-based research in the healing capacities of yoga, with a master's in science specializing in yoga research. His current work focuses on the benefits of breathing practices on diabetes through the Breathing App for Diabetes, and educational training in yoga through his platform, The Yoga Education Collective.

A good start

Book 30 of 2024

1) What star rating (out of 5) would you give this book?
4, for what it's trying to be. It gives some good tips for beginners on proper breathing techniques, but nothing groundbreaking. Then again, I don't think it was meant to be.

2) What did you like about the book?
It was good for beginners.

Nothing.

4) Would you read it again?
No, but I would recommend it to anyone new to proper breathing techniques.

5) Who is the intended audience of the book?
Teens and older who deal with stress more and more.

Nothing.

A few new techniques.

It was fitting, as anymore written for beginners would have dragged.
