Now I have convince my husband to read this!

What an amazing book. I don't have diabetes but I am glad I read it.
My husband has type 1 and I care for my special needs sister who has type 2 and I found it very helpful in understanding what I can do to help them both manage their insulin sensitivity. I honestly think that everyone should read this book. My husband loves meat and red light foods so it will be difficult to get him on board, but I hope he will at least give it a try and see what results he gets.

This book is like no other! Must listen!

I’m dealing with type 2 diabetes and after listening to this book I feel much more confident and equipped to reverse my insulin resistance. I highly recommend it!

Life changing!

Excellent resource for those struggling to master their diabetes. As a Type 1 diabetic for 15 years, this book completely changed my approach. I’ve seen tremendous improvements and am enjoying the process.

my life is already so different

i just finished rereading this book. as a type 1, this was a re-education i desperately needed. and so much new information i've literally never heard from anyone else in the diabetic community. thank you for working so hard to share this far and wide. i am so excited about the new path laid before me.

A Complete Guide

As I listened to the audiobook, every question that popped into my mind on a topic was literally answered in the upcoming sentences. I greatly appreciate all the details and explanations that helped me understand insulin resistance and what I can do about it. While trying to transition to a low fat WFPB diet, I have had trouble knowing what a meal should look like in terms of portion size. This is the first resource I've read that answered that question. Love, love , love the meal plan that includes simple to prepare meals. The book is so practical, that I for the first time, I feel like this is doable. It is obvious this comes from lived experience. Thank you Cyrus and Robby!

All about being vegan which isn't for me anymore

got through the first two chapters and had enough. too much vegan propaganda. i was vegan for 5 years and never felt that great doing it so i walked away.
